We enjoyed a lie in on Thursday morning after staying out late watching the fireworks the night before, particularly as celebrations in our neighborhood didn't end until about 04:00.
We checked online and it said that proton was running 40 minutes early today! So we dashed off only to find that when we arrived it had fallen behind and was running on time again! We spent the extra time drinking coffee with other patients in the library.
Josh was in treatment for about 40 minutes today, (his gantry - the blue one, was running behind when he came out, so he had managed to delay it!). Despite the new delay we were assured it was because it took longer to prepare Josh rather than his wriggling so he was rewarded with a trip upstairs to the toy cupboard!
We decided to get an early night as we were all feeling rather tired still from the night before.
